Just recently my toddler is not asking for milk, she has a regular vitamins though but it is more advantage and best for her if she drinks at least one glass of milk everyday. When we went to the pediatrician the other day, a lady gave her a sample of a box of milk. We tried it the other day, at first she did not want to drink it but I am persistent. She finishes the whole glass of it, starting that day I always on guard when she drinks her milk otherwise it will be wasted again.
On the other hand my eldest daughter always ask for chocolate drink but she does not want to eat the veggies. Their coach asked them to eat vegetable and I was so amazed that one of her teammates really ate leafy vegetables. She said it is her favorite, so from then on, I obliged Mj to eat vegetable every time it serve in the table. She sometimes ate especially when I am around but she won’t when I am not. So to make sure they ate vegetables, I am always watching them in the table.
But oh, they love fruits especially apple!
