Walking And Hiking

I enjoy walking and I enjoy hiking hills and woods.  One thing I always wear is a good pair of shoes or boots.  For regular walking, I just wear my tennis shoes, but for hiking I recommend a good pair of sturdy boots.  Hiking is good exercise and fun for me, but I don’t want to risk injury to my feet or ankles by wearing just any old shoe or boot.  Boots like Lowa Tibet Boots provide the protection and support needed for hiking in rough terrain.  If you enjoy hiking like I do, make sure that you have the proper footwear and always be safe.
