Clutter can make us so disorganized so to get rid of it or at least clear your mind in any way, start it in the workshops or surfaces by clearing it. Throw away those papers that are not useful anymore and or things that are not needed at all. Schedule your weekend for doing this task so you will not get tired, I mean do it in one room one at a time. I am sure when you are re-organizing you could feel an instant stress-free, de-cluttering can be a stress reliever and this can help your mind clear.
If you have an open shelve that is just standing there in your living room, you can use it for displaying your favourite picture frame, or special books or your special vase. But don’t fill it with too much of those special things, leave a space at least so it is not bothersome to the eye.
