It was only last month that I decided to put an awning type or roof in our laundry area, this plan has been long overdue but due to financial constraints, it was only then realized recently. Good thing that recently I am so determined to saved up and I am proud to say that this is from my hard earn and from my saving. Nevertheless, I have to thank my husband for the endless support; of course without him sending funds for our bills, some improvements in our house will not be achieved.
My sister is just so happy seeing this as she will no longer suffer from the dreading heat of the sun whenever she does the laundry. This has been used as a shelter for our dogs when they could not bear the summer heat in front of the house, they would go here to cool down.
So my next project will be the extension but I know I will have to start from dust, I need to save more for that. And I have to do a budget statement whenever I spend some things so my savings will not be ruin. It’s tempting to just spend without minding the project at all, but I want to do some fix and maybe renovation for this house because this is my only gift to my kids when I am gone. (knock on the wood)
How I wish though that I am still here to witness their achievement in life.
In the meantime, I need to work hard for their future. I mean seriously, I really need to earn big bucks of money for this house, this serve already as one of my achievement and I am totally into it.
Electrical problems are inevitable if you live in a house. They are something you will just need to deal with throughout your life. This is especially true if you live in a home with old and outdated wiring. However, some people want to go the cheap route. They do not want to spend the money that it takes to hire a professional electrician. Instead, they want to save money by attempting to fix the problem themselves. This is a mistake that could possibly have fatal consequences. You should always hire a professional electrician to handle all of your electrical problems. Here are the main reasons why.
1. A professional electrician will take all of the necessary safety precautions that an average person will not be aware of.
Safety is a critical element when you are dealing with electricity that could be potentially fatal. Therefore, you need to know how to handle it properly. Electricians go through a great deal of training before they get their license. Much of this training is strictly about various safety procedures. You will not be aware of these safety procedures if you attempt to do your own electrical work around your home.
2. An electrician will have the proper equipment to be able to fix any problem that you have.
Another thing that allows an electrician to perform a repair more safely than you is the fact that he has the right equipment. There is a very good chance that an electrician will possess equipment that you do not. Trying to fix a serious electrical problem without the right equipment is a recipe for disaster. You can be rest assured that the job will be done right by electrical contractors Jacksonville FL.
3. An electrician will be able to repair your problem the right way the first time.
There is a very good chance that you will make a mistake when you are trying to do your own electrical repairs. The mistakes you make will force you to repair the problem a second time. The mistakes you make during your attempted repair might even end up causing more damage than there was originally. A professional electrician will be able to quickly determine the cause of the problem and fix it correctly the first time. This will eliminate the need for any additional electrician visits to fix the same problem a second time.
It was last Wednesday that our car broke down again, this time I need to replace the battery. The battery was already over a year and so it gave up. I was planning to buy a new battery on the day I will receive my payroll. I don’t want to bother my husband again for this one because I know he is having a hard time budgeting his money right now.
On the other hand, I was able to talk to someone who can install an awning at our garage. He estimated the whole expenses and he said his labor plus the materials will be P 8,000.00 I was able to lower the price to P 7, 500.00. He said he will be using pipe for the awning. I am not sure if that is expensive at all but for me it is already but I can’t find someone to install the awning so maybe I would get him soon. But I was contemplating with an awning or a terrace with a park spot, which already have the roof. I was thinking maybe I could get a good deal for the terrace with a park spot that has the roof on it already compared if I will just put an awning as our parking spot.
I am looking for someone to estimate the whole terrace, I did not find anyone yet I hope soon though before I will come up with a decision and I hope whatever decision I have I will not regret it in the end.
